Do you ship Australia-wide? Yes! We ship from Darwin to every corner of Australia via Australia Post and reliable couriers.
What is the saltiest plum you have? The "Salty Salty Salty" (White) and "DC103" are our most intense salt-crusted varieties.
Are they gluten-free? Many varieties are, but please check the specific ingredient list on each product page for certainty.
Do you sell wholesale? Yes. We supply servos, IGAs, and corner stores. Select "Wholesale/Corporate" in the form below.
What is the white/red powder on the plums? It's not mold! It's the salt and sugar cure that gives them that iconic flavour and long shelf life.
How long do they last? Cured plums have a very long shelf life, usually 12-24 months if kept in a cool, dry place.
